Air Conditioner Maintenance and Tune-Up
A tune-up each spring is what keeps a system cooling properly through the hottest weeks. We clean the outdoor coil, check the refrigerant charge, test the capacitor and electrical connections, clear the condensate drain and measure the airflow. Annual maintenance is also what most manufacturers ask for to keep the warranty in place.

Ductless Mini Split Installation
Some rooms never had ductwork: an addition, a finished attic, a garage office, a sunroom. A ductless mini split cools those rooms on its own, and one outdoor unit can run several indoor heads, each with its own thermostat. We plan where the heads go, run the lineset neatly through the wall, and set the condensate drain properly.

Ductless Mini Split Maintenance
A mini split pulls room air straight through the indoor head, so its filters and blower wheel collect dust faster than a ducted system. We wash the filters, clean the blower wheel and the coil, flush the condensate line and check the charge on each head. Units that heat as well as cool are worth servicing twice a year.
