When more than one room is the problem, two to five indoor heads run off a single outdoor unit, and each head keeps its own setting. That suits a century house with no ducts upstairs, or three bedrooms where nobody agrees on a number. You can also shut down a room nobody is using.

Price comes down to how many rooms you are conditioning and how far the outdoor unit sits from them, because long line runs and extra electrical work move a number more than the equipment does.

One page shows the zones, the equipment, the placement and the total, so you can approve the job knowing what it costs.
Install day
We mount the head, core the wall, run the line set, connect the power, seal the penetration and commission the system. A single-zone install is often finished the same day.
Controls and warranty
We walk you through the remote and the app, show you where the filters are and how to rinse them, and register the warranty in your name.
