Right from the start Sina was very prompt with taking my call and scheduling all the appointments for an emergency furnace setup when there was a heatwave AND the air pollution due to fires going on. Sina from Local Heating and Cooling was recommended by a good friend, and I’m glad I followed that advice. He was professional, easy to deal with, and did excellent work from start to finish. I had the AC and Furnace replaced in one day. He also helped me install a new Nest thermostat and made sure everything was set up properly. I had a gas line compliance issue pop up last week that needed to be fixed pretty urgently. Reached out to Sina and he was able to come take a look that same day. He gave me a fair quote and even managed to squeeze me into his evening schedule the next day to get it sorted out. Sina is super polite, fast, and does great work. Sina was recommended by many people to come check out our AC when it wasn’t working. We called him, and he came quick. He was very polite and honest, explaining the issue in detail, and the best next steps. We were thinking of changing our furnace too, again very honest and patient to walk us through everything we need to know. When he came with his team, they were polite, quick and professional. Doesn’t do repairs on ac units despite what their website says. Wants to upsell you and talk you into a new unit without even a diagnosis. No idea how this place has a 5 star rating. Person I dealt with was dismissive and condescending. Give your money to someone else

Our AC unit was struggling in very hot weather late in the afternoon. He came by within a half hour of our call to assess and a new Lennox unit was installed within 24 hours.  He showed up on both days exactly when he said he would and is extremely competent, knowledgeable, neat worker and a great person to deal with.  He explained everything in detail.
