Highly recommend! We used them twice—once for our furnace and once for our water heater—and Sina was fantastic both times. His quote estimate was good, the service was excellent, and he arrived right on time. He quickly resolved our issues and kept everything hassle-free. Five stars!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! I called today and they were able to come out the same day. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. They did a great job with the furnace maintenance and even took the time to remind me about a potential leak that I should continue monitoring. I really appreciated their attention to detail and helpful advice. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Sina! He installed a new gas furnace for us today and did an exceptional job. Very knowledgeable, kind and easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a quick, tidy and painless installation. We’re truly looking forward to having him back next year to install new heat pump and other needs. Many thanks! 😊

We had Sina come once again for maintenance of our furnace and can’t say enough about how excellent the service is and how wonderful the experience with Sina is, specifically. Prompt with timing, so kind and also sends texts confirming when work has wrapped. We’d definitely recommend local cooking and heating and Sina to anyone.

Right from the start Sina was very prompt with taking my call and scheduling all the appointments for an emergency furnace setup when there was a heatwave AND the air pollution due to fires going on. We are very impressed with his service and communication and feel like we can trust him to be our long term HVAC guy. 10/10 would recommend him.

Sina from Local Heating and Cooling was recommended by a good friend, and I’m glad I followed that advice. He was professional, easy to deal with, and did excellent work from start to finish. I had the AC and Furnace replaced in one day. He also helped me install a new Nest thermostat and made sure everything was set up properly. Great service all around — I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had Sina Talebi and his apprentice Landon arrive in the morning. It was an A/C and furnace replacement in a tight messy area. They were polite, knowledgeable and did wonderful work. The service was also prompt. We're very appreciative of the work they did!

I had a gas line compliance issue pop up last week that needed to be fixed pretty urgently. Reached out to Sina and he was able to come take a look that same day. He gave me a fair quote and even managed to squeeze me into his evening schedule the next day to get it sorted out. Sina is super polite, fast, and does great work. Will definitely be calling him again next time I need help with gas or heating. Thanks Sina!
