We highly recommend Sina! He installed a new gas furnace for us today and did an exceptional job. Very knowledgeable, kind and easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a quick, tidy and painless installation. We’re truly looking forward to having him back next year to install new heat pump and other needs. Many thanks! 😊

Sina inspected our fireplace after we moved into our new place. He was very detailed, took his time and explained everything. I would definitely recommend him.

We had Sina come once again for maintenance of our furnace and can’t say enough about how excellent the service is and how wonderful the experience with Sina is, specifically. Prompt with timing, so kind and also sends texts confirming when work has wrapped. We’d definitely recommend local cooking and heating and Sina to anyone.

Right from the start Sina was very prompt with taking my call and scheduling all the appointments for an emergency furnace setup when there was a heatwave AND the air pollution due to fires going on. We are very impressed with his service and communication and feel like we can trust him to be our long term HVAC guy. 10/10 would recommend him.

Sina from Local Heating and Cooling was recommended by a good friend, and I’m glad I followed that advice. He was professional, easy to deal with, and did excellent work from start to finish. I had the AC and Furnace replaced in one day. He also helped me install a new Nest thermostat and made sure everything was set up properly. Great service all around — I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had Sina Talebi and his apprentice Landon arrive in the morning. It was an A/C and furnace replacement in a tight messy area. They were polite, knowledgeable and did wonderful work. The service was also prompt. We're very appreciative of the work they did!

I had a gas line compliance issue pop up last week that needed to be fixed pretty urgently. Reached out to Sina and he was able to come take a look that same day. He gave me a fair quote and even managed to squeeze me into his evening schedule the next day to get it sorted out. Sina is super polite, fast, and does great work. Will definitely be calling him again next time I need help with gas or heating. Thanks Sina!

Sina was recommended by many people to come check out our AC when it wasn’t working. We called him, and he came quick. He was very polite and honest, explaining the issue in detail, and the best next steps. We were thinking of changing our furnace too, again very honest and patient to walk us through everything we need to know. When he came with his team, they were polite, quick and professional. Highly, highly recommended!!
